Key Responsibilities

•Leverage technical knowledge of EDA tools and system design to understand and address complex customer challenges and optimize architectures for Cadence solutions.
•Collaborate with strategic account sales executives and broader Cadence team to translate customer needs into actionable design improvements and roadmaps.
•Demonstrate how Cadence electromagnetic, thermal, PCB/module design, and IC design tools can reduce size, area, power, and cost while improving quality.
•Engage with customers across multiple organizational levels to align solutions with business problems and ensure long-term success.
•Communicate customer pain-points and potential trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 248,000 - 372,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Must be comfortable in a technical setting and have an understanding of EDA tools, IP, Systems/PCB/IC design and the module, board, and semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.
•Fluent user of CAE systems including Matlab, Ansys, ADS, and Virtuoso, with experience in multi-physics simulation and system thermal analysis.
•Deep understanding of electronics systems and IC software design processes, including heterogeneous integration and advanced packaging.
•Understanding of MBSE, digital twins, and agile development as design practices.
•Ability to digest system-level block diagrams, discuss trade-offs, and suggest improvements across integration opportunities, packaging technologies, form factors, time to market, cost, risk, thermal, electrical, electromagnetic, and signal integrity considerations.
