Job Summary

Operate dump trucks, water trucks, and tractor units with a variety of trailers and tarping systems to safely deliver aggregates, asphalt, water, construction equipment, AC Oil, and other materials to residential and commercial locations. Maintain time and material records, follow verbal and written instructions, and communicate effectively via two-way radio. Use operational knowledge to maneuver/back trailers and connect/disconnect equipment while ensuring strict safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely and efficiently operate dump trucks, water trucks, and/or tractor units with varied equipment and tarping systems.
•Deliver aggregates, asphalt, water, construction equipment, AC Oil, and other materials to residential and commercial locations.
•Maintain time and material records and follow verbal and written instructions.
•Maneuver and back trailers; connect and disconnect trailer as needed.
•Communicate effectively on the radio system and ensure compliance with safety requirements and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Must possess a valid state commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A with appropriate endorsement: Air Brakes, Tanker, Double/Triples, Manual Transmission.
•Must possess a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
•High school diploma or GED required, plus one to two years related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
•Thorough operational knowledge of dump trucks, water trucks, and/or tractor units (including trailers and tarping systems) and ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
•Must keep time and material records; follow verbal and written instructions, and communicate effectively using two-way radio.
