Build customer profiles using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to proactively identify and meet consumer and small business financial needs. Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Drive cross-selling to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and support platform staff while meeting production and customer experience goals.

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
