Job Summary

Own MAU and retention performance for Adobe’s EMEA Digital Sales and GTM team, driving user value across desktop, web, and mobile. Build frameworks and an end-to-end analytical backbone for engagement and retention using cohorts, funnels, churn, and LTV analyses. Partner with Marketing, Product, BI, and User Research to diagnose user journeys, influence onboarding/retention decisions, and deliver data-backed recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage MAU & Retention RTB using existing Adobe frameworks and create new ones as needed.
•Create and manage a framework for driving overall MAU and initiative MAU (GEN AI) across desktop, web, and mobile apps.
•Build and own the analytical backbone for engagement and retention, including defining cohorts and running funnel, retention-curve, churn, and LTV analyses.
•Develop and present recommendations to prioritize growth opportunities, supported by analysis and business logic.
•Diagnose MAU health by audience and product, influence onboarding/MAU and retention product decisions, and track weekly performance to find root causes.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of commerce, software, management consulting, or business analytics experience, ideally with Product Management experience focused on testing and product roadmap decisions.
•Experience managing engagement or retention across multiple countries or a global member base.
•Hands-on technical data fluency to extract, transform, and analyze engagement data using SQL and Python, including cohort/retention/churn/LTV analyses.
•Comfort with a cloud data platform such as Databrick and BI/Experimentation tooling.
•Experience creating and leading cross-functional initiatives with data-informed hypotheses to improve engagement and retention.
