Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to end users and maintain desktop systems, coordinating with on-site and remote users to resolve issues.
•Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software problems and conduct operating system and layered software installations/upgrades.
•Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance and apply guidance on workstation/server data integrity and standard solutions.
•Lead complex recoverability efforts following backups and database archive schedules, while evaluating systems and planning long-term strategies.
•Configure and maintain networked computer systems and perform audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with standards; train end users as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,744 - 132,250 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related systems administration experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
•Knowledge of thin client technologies and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
•Experience with Windows (Windows 11, Windows 10; also referenced Windows 7), Citrix, and endpoint management tools including SMS and SCCM.
•Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical users.
•BA/BS (or equivalent experience).
