Job Summary

Ensure safe, reliable daily plant operations by performing preventive and predictive mechanical/electrical maintenance across critical utilities and systems. Maintain and operate high/low voltage distribution cabinets, fire-fighting and water/monitoring systems, generators, lifting tackle, and central air conditioning. Improve performance of equipment such as transformers, DG, compressors, cooling towers, and wastewater/RO systems. Support equipment installation and debugging, maintain compliance documentation, and conduct maintenance handovers.

Key Responsibilities

•Assure daily operation is aligned with HSE requirements and OE standards.
•Maintain and operate the plant’s high and low voltage distribution cabinet and related transmission switching operations.
•Execute mechanical and electrical preventive/predictive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan.
•Maintain critical systems including fire-fighting, water, monitoring, lifting tackle, generators, and central air conditioning.
•Support production line equipment installation/debugging, manage maintenance records, and perform handover duties in the maintenance department.

Key Requirements

•Have at least 5 years of maintenance experience from a multinational chemical/engineering company.
•Maintain strong HSE practices and housekeeping standards in daily operations.
•Be familiar with PLC and DRIVE operation, as well as mechanical automation, electrical diagrams, inverters, and LED touch panels.
•Be familiar with extruder, feeders, pelletizing, and conveying systems and accessories, with experience in maintenance and fixes.
•Hold a Diploma (three-year) in electrical, mechanical, or instrumental engineering, or a trade fitter/electrician certificate (Industrial Training Institute) or electrical/mechanical diploma certification from an authorized Indian institute.
