Job Summary

Partner with high-value SMB agencies in SpLATAM to drive long-term revenue growth on TikTok. Build and scale one-to-many agency relationships by acquiring new agencies, educating them on TikTok products and best practices, and supporting data-driven media strategy. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, coach agencies to pitch new business, and run quarterly business reviews while troubleshooting issues and gathering customer feedback to inform product and operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and grow agency relationships by seeking partnerships across agency teams.
•Acquire potential agencies on the platform and serve as an external product expert for TikTok solutions and best practices.
•Provide scaled media strategy and planning support by monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to recommend improvements.
•Coach and enable agencies to pitch new business; develop long-term plans and conduct quarterly business reviews with agency stakeholders and their clients.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues, prioritize the book of business, and share customer insights/feedback with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•Marketing, media sales, and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience or agency experience.
•Experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
•Agency experience or agency partnerships experience.
•High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English for frequent stakeholder communication.
•Preferred: knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, or programmatic ad products.
