Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on welds and materials using radiography (RT), ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MT), and dye penetrant (PT). Evaluate examinations against project NDT plans, procedures, and code/contract specifications; identify conformity and report non-conformities accurately. Determine acceptance or rejection, coordinate with the QC inspector for rectification follow-up, and document results per acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

•Examine welds/materials using RT, UT, MT, and PT according to code and contractual specifications.
•Perform NDT examinations using approved project NDT plans, NDT procedures, and contractual/code requirements.
•Determine conformity/non-conformity flaws and report results accurately.
•Execute examinations by approved procedures and internationally recognized codes/specs.
•Determine acceptance/rejection and coordinate with the QC inspector for rectification completion and re-examination.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of Engineering Degree or High School Diploma.
•3+ years in Radiography or ultrasonic testing.
•ASNT or CSWIP qualification.
•Occupational qualification in internationally recognized schemes to determine competency (e.g., PCN, CSWIP, ASNT).
•Ability to assess examination results accurately, sentence welds, and report per relevant code/spec acceptance criteria.
