Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE before visiting patients.
  • •Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patients’ homes.
  • •Provide patient-centric, low acuity care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Label and manage collected samples and coordinate drop-off to appropriate labs or shipment facilities.
  • •Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality while solving problems as they arise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous venipuncture experience.
  • •Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • •Reliable transportation and the ability to access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
  • •State required licensure/proof of training, Basic Life Support (BLS), and a valid driver’s license with current vehicle insurance.
