Job Summary

Own the quality integration stack that helps Lattice releases ship safely and reliably. Author and run test plans (manual where appropriate), convert suites into automation that runs green in CI, and integrate regression/performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Build and maintain representative Cloud, Robot, and NixOS VM environments, implement test-ready interfaces and keyword libraries, and help onboard SWP services to the Integrated Continuous Release pipeline.

•Author and execute test plans for the active release branch, and maintain them as products evolve.
•Build and extend automated systems for development, verification, and release to uphold quality standards.
•Develop and maintain reference and representative test environments used to verify releases and debug software behavior.
•Integrate regression and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines with baselines to catch regressions before customers.
•Onboard SWP services to the Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline, including porting tests and running Diagnostic Runner checks.
