Job Summary

Safely diagnose, adjust, and repair plant equipment at an asphalt production facility. Operate heavy off-road equipment such as haul trucks, loaders, and stock trucks, and support production by monitoring operations for health and safety compliance. Perform routine servicing and minor maintenance, conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections, and complete mid-level cutting, welding, and fabrication work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow OSHA and MSHA safety regulations and company policies
•Monitor operations for compliance with health and safety standards and report issues
•Maintain and repair plant equipment (conveyors, motors, bearings, guarding) and troubleshoot mechanical problems
•Perform routine servicing and minor maintenance, including daily pre- and post-operation inspections with documentation
•Perform mid-level cutting, welding, and fabrication work; communicate maintenance and repair status with co-workers and management

Travel: Low travel
