Branch Leader I or II- 100 M Street

Lead all aspects of an assigned bank branch, driving performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Own branch revenue growth by expanding small business and mass affluent relationships through face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management, and partner with IRM and operations teams to promote a One Team culture. Manage human capital decisions including interviewing, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling.
