Provide on-site mobile maintenance and repairs for light, medium and heavy-duty trucks, performing DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs in a field setting. Lead on jobsites, coordinate with customers and internal teams, manage parts and tool logistics, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering timely, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM), DOT inspections and follow-up repairs on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment
•Diagnose, adjust, and repair electrical, braking, cooling, engine electronics, and other systems on trucks and related equipment
•Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment using test instruments; road test vehicles to verify proper operation
•Independently manage parts inventory and company-provided service truck; conduct safety checks and pre-/post-trip inspections
•Document work performed, parts used, and findings in Repair Orders via TRAIT on an iOS device and communicate with management as needed

Salary: USD 29.42 - 44.13 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field (or 5 years’ experience in a related field)
•At least 3 years of experience with refrigerated equipment

•OEM training and certifications are preferred
•Must be able to pass DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and have a valid DOT medical card (or able to obtain)
