Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Microsoft 365 subject matter expert across Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  • •Perform Office 365 administration including groups, licensing, automations, tenant health, and new service enablement.
  • •Design and implement products/solutions that meet cyber and security policies for the IT subject matter area.
  • •Execute change management requests and support scheduled and planned maintenance.
