Job Summary

Serve as the Microsoft 365 subject matter expert for Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive. Manage Office 365 administration, licensing, automations, tenant health, and enablement of new services, while designing and implementing solutions that align with cyber and security policies. Support Operations Tier 3 for Tenant Engineering, execute change management and maintenance, and coordinate/escalate issues with Microsoft Support for continuous process and platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the Microsoft 365 subject matter expert across Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
•Perform Office 365 administration including groups, licensing, automations, tenant health, and new service enablement.
•Design and implement products/solutions that meet cyber and security policies for the IT subject matter area.
•Execute change management requests and support scheduled and planned maintenance.
•Provide Operations Tier 3 support for Tenant Engineering, including researching/testing next-generation technologies and coordinating/escalating to Microsoft Support.

Key Requirements

•A university degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•2+ years of experience working as an O365 engineer.
•Experience working with PowerShell.
•Ability to meet deadlines on projects and assignments.
•Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others.
