Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day oversight for the team by delegating and prioritizing task execution, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery of cloud DevOps services.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert and oversee the service catalog, including identifying customer demands, owning technical strategy and vision, and driving delivery.
  • •Collaborate with Project Managers/Scrum Masters on project timelines, execution, resources, risk management, and status reporting; occasionally step into project management as needed.
  • •Drive innovation and continuous improvement to deliver new services and ways of working that keep pace with customer demands.
  • •Oversee incidents by coordinating resolution parties and ensuring effective stakeholder communication through and after closure, including after-action reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA and 10+ years of experience in an IT-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience overseeing a portfolio of cloud/technology services and leading day-to-day execution across engineering, service delivery, Agile, and project activities.
  • •People management experience including recruiting, hiring, performance management, professional development, training, and mentoring engineers.
  • •Hands-on cloud engineering and DevOps experience delivering complex initiatives from planning through successful delivery.
  • •Broad technical knowledge across AWS and/or Azure (compute, database, storage, networking, identity, security) plus Infrastructure as Code and automation experience.
