Ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of the venue by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and completing minor repairs and improvements. Support event setup and on-site needs, conduct inspections and safety checks, maintain maintenance and safety records, and manage maintenance supply inventory. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repairs while responding quickly to urgent maintenance issues during events.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
•Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain interior/exterior structures.
•Assist with event setup and dismantling, and provide on-site technical support during events.
•Ensure safety and compliance through safety checks and accurate records of maintenance activities.
•Manage maintenance supplies by tracking inventory and proactively ordering/restocking materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

•High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.
•Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.

•Ability to lift heavy objects and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
