Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and administer high-rise construction projects, defining project objectives, policies, and protocols aligned with PMC standards.
  • •Provide strategic management and guidance to subordinate managers and supervisors and act as the primary liaison between AECOM, clients, and design teams.
  • •Oversee construction execution to ensure compliance with design specifications, budget, and schedule, leveraging design background for design-build integration and issue resolution.
  • •Administer projects across the full lifecycle: pre-construction budgeting and scheduling, design coordination, procurement, shop drawings, RFI management, construction execution, space turnover, and contract closeout.
  • •Maintain significant profit/loss responsibility, coordinating vertical logistics, safety protocols, and multi-phase coordination while addressing constructability, value engineering, and design modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • •Minimum 20 years of progressive construction management experience, including at least 10 years managing high-rise or complex multi-story construction projects.
  • •Proven full project lifecycle management from pre-construction through closeout, including design coordination, procurement, construction execution, and closeout.
  • •Demonstrated expertise integrating design-build and coordinating design intent with field execution.
  • •Strong knowledge of PMC standards and proficiency in construction management software and project controls tools.
