•Document and maintain accurate pipeline and buying criteria, ensuring an evidence-based sales process.
•Contribute to the sales handbook and share learning from wins/losses with account managers, marketing, and technical teams.
•Provide account leadership across pre- and post-sales, coordinating with technical teams and customer success to deliver outcomes.

•Proven success in software sales, ideally in a Commercial market context, managing a varied book of business.
