Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize extensive technical risk expertise to help maintain and grow the Trust Risk program, guiding product and engineering teams across the risk lifecycle.
  • •Develop Trust Risk strategy and roadmaps, including capability monitoring and operation metrics tied to business goals and Trust standards.
  • •Define and execute an AI-enabled modernization strategy for Trust Risk operations, identifying and scaling high-value AI/automation while preserving governance and validation.
  • •Prioritize risk mitigation work with Trust, engineering, product, industry strategy, and program managers; create alignment on mitigation plans and accountability mechanisms.
  • •Develop operating plans and communications for program health, mitigation progress, and achievements; support fact-based, data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 272,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years building, operating, scaling, and materially improving a technical risk management program in a complex technology organization.
  • •4+ years managing people in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • •Strong understanding of one or more Trust principles (security, privacy, resilience, responsible AI).
  • •Demonstrated experimentation with or implementation of AI-enabled risk/compliance/security/audit/operational workflows, with appropriate human review and measurement.
  • •Moderate understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) and audit activities; basic understanding of cloud/SaaS and infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft).
