Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain automation systems using PLC programming and SCADA for gas farm and wastewater treatment processes.
  • •Develop PLC control logic, PID loops, and interlocks to centrally control distributed subsystems and monitor real-time process parameters.
  • •Select, calibrate, and integrate field instrumentation in hazardous environments, ensuring compatibility with safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • •Lead commissioning, FAT/SAT testing, and troubleshooting with root-cause analysis to minimize downtime and support 24/7 alarm response.
  • •Design electrical systems compliant with NEC, NFPA, and UL508A regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a chemical discipline.
  • •1+ years of experience with fluids/systems manufacturing, controls and automation, and/or programming (internship and extracurricular experience is applicable).
  • •Ability to engineer safe controls and processes for hazardous materials in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with at least one of: electrical/industrial controls or industrial software disciplines (learning fundamentals of other areas expected).
  • •Knowledge of safety requirements and codes (e.g., ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA safety requirements, NEC/NFPA/UL508A) to maintain compliant control system safety.
