Job Summary

Own and support CIM, MES, reporting, and related factory systems to keep semiconductor production running smoothly. Troubleshoot application, system, and data issues using root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with IT and engineering teams. Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports (yield, cycle time, OEE, tool performance). Manage system ownership and change control (including VM servers, patching, upgrades), while documenting SOPs and ensuring continuity across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operational support for CIM, MES, reporting, and related factory systems; monitor system health, interfaces, and scheduled jobs to ensure stable execution.
•Handle first-level and intermediate troubleshooting for application, system, and data issues to minimize downtime, including root-cause analysis.
•Develop and enhance operations dashboards and reports for yield, cycle time, OEE, and tool performance.
•Support system ownership and change control for assigned internal and third-party applications, databases, and VM servers; perform patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
•Create and maintain SOPs and troubleshooting guides, and provide shift handover and issue updates to ensure continuity across shifts.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of relevant experience supporting CIM, MES, or manufacturing systems in a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment.
•Strong technical ability to independently support and troubleshoot CIM and systems-related issues with a focus on system stability and reliable data flow.
•Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
•Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle databases, including troubleshooting and data analysis.
•Practical exposure to Linux and Windows Server administration, monitoring, and issue resolution.
