Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop HOKA China DTC offline retail stores in the South region, under the HOKA China Retail Head, to meet revenue, fiscal, and brand goals.
  • •Own designated area store P&L and drive top-line growth, operations improvements, and return on investment through capital and revenue strategies.
  • •Monitor and continuously improve store operations standards and policies, including implementation of the Store IT System, and optimize stock levels to reduce cost and improve working capital.
  • •Lead customer relationship management by setting and executing customer service standards, organizing store CRM activities, and building a HOKA community with the brand marketing team.
  • •Manage succession and staff development, appoint and develop store management, coach Store Managers and Sales Associates, and request training/resources to support development.

  • •Ability to effectively manage and develop HOKA China DTC offline retail stores in the South region to achieve revenue, fiscal, and brand objectives.
  • •Take full accountability for designated area store P&L, driving top-line growth and continuously improving store operations.
