Systems Analyst I (Active Secret Clearance) - 1st Shift position - Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Support DoD Emergency Management service delivery for Army Mass Warning Notification, E-911, Common Operating Picture, Giant Voice, and Audio-Visual Notification Systems. Provide incident management aligned to SLA metrics and KPIs, document and troubleshoot issues reported by emergency responders, and administer a ticket management tool. Coordinate with Engineering, Security, and Systems Administration teams, communicate with customers across 80+ installations, and maintain compliance through standard operating procedures.
