Middle Market Business Development Officer

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the Middle Market segment through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and market engagement. Build and manage a qualified pipeline, represent the bank through community and market activities, and coordinate with Commercial Relationship Managers and product/credit teams to deliver integrated financial solutions. Own production goals, maintain market intelligence, manage risk and compliance, and provide accurate reporting and forecasting.
