Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate medical need, educate case managers on the LifeVest system, and obtain authorization for services.

  • •Perform weekly follow-ups with insurance companies, physicians, or sales to track authorization decisions and generate authorization requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.5 - 22.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required.
  • •2+ years of experience in medical insurance verification preferred, or 1 year supporting medical providers or patients in a phone queue (internal candidates).
  • •Experience working with payer types including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party commercial insurance is preferred.
  • •Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Teams, email programs, and online data systems.
