Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise a team of corporate action staff to deliver operational support for corporate action events processing.
  • •Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, maintain customer service standards, and perform transaction approvals.
  • •Monitor and ensure instructions are delivered within custodian deadlines and funding cut-off times; review control sheets and reports.
  • •Review and improve operational workflow for process streamlining and efficiency, including monitoring performance via group email boxes.
  • •Handle customer complaints by investigating root causes, prepare investigation/operational loss reports, and disseminate corporate action information to marketing teams.

Key Requirements
