Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver large, complex technical programs by securing commitments, unblocking teams, and driving execution and results.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks across the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Build and grow a technical program management team and develop the TPM practice foundations.
  • •Run technology-focused discussions with senior leadership and provide insights and recommendations guiding technology-based decisions.
  • •Collaborate across product, engineering, design, and data science partners to simplify complex technical topics and land business impact decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 269,600 - 307,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
  • •9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
  • •5+ years building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing (preferably AWS).
  • •5+ years building and leading an experienced technical program manager team, with Agile delivery experience.
