Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the commercialization process to ensure development samples meet commercialization requirements using SME production knowledge.
  • •Partner with brand and vendor development, engineering, and production teams to ensure accuracy in pattern, fit, materials, and assembly techniques and confirm laboratory testing for performance.
  • •Lead and track extreme fit trial schedules with brand-approved fit and wear test teams and report progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Track downstream readiness and hold stream teams accountable against timelines to ensure BR and T4 readiness.
  • •Partner with VF’s mold tooling and costing teams to align tooling timelines and validate sample/production patterns against yield utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of relevant experience in footwear commercialization or production environments in fashion, retail, or consumer-facing multinational organizations.
  • •Degree holder in Textiles or related fields (Eq./Apparel/Footwear).
  • •Subject-matter expertise in footwear engineering, LEAN manufacturing, automation, patterns, laboratory standards and testing/materials.
  • •Able to communicate complex engineering information clearly in verbal or written formats.
  • •Knowledge of footwear technical constructions, laboratory testing, material performance, fit and wear, LEAN production, automation, and speed development.
