Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Area Manager and Site Management Team across the site.
  • •Manage work orders in the CAFM system from initiation to completion, including raising and receipting purchase orders.
  • •Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks, maintaining administrative records and filing systems.
  • •Organise appointments, meeting rooms, hot desks and site access; act as a first point of contact for visitors, colleagues and contractors.
  • •Support Health & Safety administration and Security Officer responsibilities, including updates, monthly returns, visitor access and gate bookings.

Key Requirements

  • •Full UK driving licence for occasional travel across the Southwest.
