Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a client experience aligned with the TUMI brand and build lasting client relationships.
  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, client data capture).
  • •Coach and collaborate with the store team, practicing skills continuously and providing constructive feedback.
  • •Communicate effectively using active listening, adjust communication to the audience, and deescalate situations calmly.
  • •Maintain compliance by managing timecards for payroll accuracy and completing assigned tasks by deadlines, following company policies and procedures.
