Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in small, collaborative teams to drive the company forward and contribute to production deployments.
  • •Explore cutting-edge technologies like LLMs and vector index, and improve fault tolerance of a SingleStore cluster.
  • •Accelerate the performance of SQL queries with techniques like SIMD and LLVM codeGen, and write search and costing modules for the query optimizer.
  • •Own projects end-to-end from writing to testing, gaining a deep understanding of the product and the business.
  • •Deliver features deployed into production with each release and participate in an active development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Deep understanding of CS fundamentals, in particular operating systems, concurrency, multithreading, and server architectures.
  • •Strong programming skills with C++ or C.
  • •Passionate about building highly reliable software.
  • •Firm grasp of algorithms and data structures.
