Manager-Operations Risk Management

Own and support legal risk reviews and maintain legal risk policies, governance updates, and requirements. Provide independent oversight and challenge to first line teams via testing and ongoing monitoring. Produce clear reports and presentations to senior leadership summarizing risk assessments, findings, and recommendations, and educate first line teams on risk management programs. Partner with General Counsel, Global Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to ensure integrated risk management and regulatory compliance.
