Lead and manage a team of 3–5 appointment setters to drive appointment conversion and consistent follow-through. Own sales operations and performance by tracking KPIs (speed-to-lead, appointments booked, follow-up efficiency) and reporting to leadership. Oversee CRM and appointment workflows (including GHL), audit calls for communication quality, and coach the team on sales messaging, follow-up best practices, and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and support a team of 3–5 appointment setters.
•Run daily standups and audit calls to ensure communication quality and adherence to standards.
•Track sales KPIs (speed-to-lead, appointments booked, follow-up efficiency) and prepare performance reporting for leadership.
•Oversee CRM and appointment management workflows, including GHL, and maintain accurate pipeline tracking and records.
•Coach the team on sales communication, messaging, and follow-up best practices; manage reschedules, cancellations, and no-show workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,700 - 2,200 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in sales, business development, team leadership, or related roles.
•Experience managing appointment-setting teams and improving sales performance metrics.
•Experience working with CRM systems, preferably GHL.
•Strong leadership and coaching abilities for a team of appointment setters.
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
