Job Summary

Own alliances with banking partners and fintechs to grow Cashfree Payments’ PG (Cards, UPI, NACH, Card EMI, NB) business. Manage pricing and profitability, build the AOP and key initiatives plan with partners, and drive key metrics such as recovery and dispute management. Establish relationships with bank stakeholders, coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Operations, and lead pre-sales commercial negotiations and implementation across mapped banks and partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage pricing and profitability for PG products including Cards, UPI, NACH, Card EMI, and NB.
•Build AOP and key initiative plans with banking and technology partners.
•Leverage banking partner relationships to drive metrics such as recovery, dispute management, and pricing.
•Build and grow the business portfolio with banking partners, including establishing relationships with key bank stakeholders.
•Lead pre-sales commercial negotiations, agreements, and implementation of solutions across mapped banks and fintechs while collaborating cross-functionally.
