Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage pipeline integrity projects from planning through execution and closeout.
  • •Coordinate in-line inspection (ILI), external corrosion direct assessments (ECDA), remediation, pressure testing, and repair programs.
  • •Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans; prepare cost estimates and track expenditures.
  • •Secure project funding and complete closeout documentation.
  • •Coordinate contractor selection, bid processes, construction activities, permitting, and material procurement while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field plus 2–4 years minimum industry experience (depending on degree).
  • •2+ years of engineering and/or project management experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • •Demonstrated project management experience with scope development, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently with limited supervision.
  • •Familiarity with pipeline integrity programs and regulations/standards (e.g., PHMSA 49 CFR Part 195, ASME, API, NACE) and in-line inspection/integrity assessment methods.
