•Up to 10 years of experience in managing projects of medium size and complexity.
•University degree, preferably in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
•Mandatory professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
•Strong analytical skills to unblock complex issues and resolve bottlenecks; proficient with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
