Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and roadmap for agentic and platform capabilities, including API, MCP, and headless workflow surfaces.
  • •Define the API surface as a product (alert queues, review actions, reason-code taxonomies, workflow configuration, and agent programmatic contracts).
  • •Build the extensibility model and drive developer-facing documentation and packaging decisions (tiers, usage-based, premium pricing).
  • •Own non-functional product requirements (scale, performance, reliability, telemetry, security posture) for regulated financial institutions.
  • •Define product requirements for agentic workflows and partner cross-functionally to translate customer pain into defensible priorities. (Lead through technical depth; no team management.)

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience shipping products at enterprise scale.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of API/platform product surfaces or extensibility layers, including writing specs for how developers and systems use them.
