Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver excellent customer service face to face or over the telephone and support training on customer service and product knowledge.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately across payment methods; execute opening/closing cash desk procedures.
  • •Cover Head Cashier and Deputy Cashier responsibilities in their absence.
  • •Maintain assigned store sections and uphold housekeeping, display, and stockroom standards.
  • •Support compliance and safety by ensuring SOP awareness, participating in self-assessment audits, and communicating accidents or risks.

  • •Deliver excellent customer service aligned with store needs.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently across payment methods.
