Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and strengthen relationships with hotel owners, franchise partners, and management teams across Saudi Arabia.
  • •Drive hotel performance using data-led analysis, structured action planning, and regular business reviews.
  • •Conduct on-site visits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure delivery of agreed plans.
  • •Support new hotel openings and ensure launches align with brand standards, including brand compliance, quality assurance, and guest experience.
  • •Expand brand presence by identifying and securing new franchise and management opportunities; evaluate feasibility and due diligence for new projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in hotel operations, commercial leadership, or franchising within the hospitality sector.
