Senior Facilities maintenance technician responsible for skilled tasks across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and production equipment. Leads and trains junior staff, ensures safe, clean facilities, conducts inspections and preventive maintenance, maintains records, and supports events and relocations to keep operations running smoothly in a 100% onsite Millennium Space Systems facility.

•Follows safe working practices and uses related safety equipment to perform maintenance tasks
•Inspects buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure safe operation
•Maintain and repair production equipment and HVAC systems to keep climate control and operations functioning
•Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and maintain records/logs of daily activities
•Provide guidance and training to lower-level staff and assist with office/equipment moves as needed
