Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the product development process to ensure seasonal calendar adherence, proactively flag risks and align on actions.
  • •Collaborate with the Product Supply Enablement (PSE) team on the SMS process and support issue resolution to enable on-time sample delivery.
  • •Manage vendor allocation based on the Global Sourcing Development Leader’s set allocation and drive vendor performance toward KPI and milestones.
  • •Apply analytical and digital tools to monitor data accuracy and communicate data-driven insights through structured reporting.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (Product Planning, Global Materials, Costing, and E&P Engineering) to ensure smooth seasonal execution and provide proactive updates on risks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in sourcing or product development in the apparel industry.
  • •Proven experience in product development and sourcing with exposure to apparel products.
  • •Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data and generate insights.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Smartsheet, Airtable, Power BI, Tableau, or PLM is highly advantageous.
  • •Excellent communication in English and strong independent capability to lead tasks and solve problems with stakeholders.
