Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and online conversions. Lead SEO improvements and collaborate with brand, content, and creative teams to deliver customer-centric growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, launch, manage, and optimize end-to-end paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to meet acquisition, engagement, and revenue goals.
•Monitor and optimize campaign performance using bid management, audience segmentation, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance analysis to maximize ROAS/CPA/conversions.
•Manage Google Merchant Center and Meta Product Catalogues, ensuring accurate product feeds, attribute mapping, data quality, and resolution of feed-related issues.
•Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot tracking and measurement frameworks using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ad platforms for conversion tracking, UTM tagging, attribution, and reporting.
•Execute on-page and technical SEO initiatives (metadata optimization, structured data, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals monitoring) in collaboration with technology teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
•Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or social media platforms are an advantage.
•3–4 years of experience in performance or growth marketing within the eCommerce or retail industry, managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
•Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, plus proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and campaign reporting/data analysis.
•Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
