Job Summary

Apply advanced analytics to manage and optimize airline crew vacation planning and award processes. You’ll interpret JCBA requirements, calculate and audit annual vacation accruals, and run monthly vacation workflows including rebids, filler day awards, VEX requests, buybacks, and payouts. As a primary point of contact, you’ll support crew members via phone and email, explain contractual rules and individual awards, and collaborate on ad hoc analysis projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage monthly and annual crew member vacation processes including rebids, filler day awards, VEX requests, accrual calculations, and annual award management.
•Provide phone and email customer service to crew members on vacation contractual rules, processing, and explanation of individual awards.
•Analyze and interpret JCBA requirements and apply them to existing members.
•Process and audit annual vacation accrual calculations, including verifying input files, grids, accruals, and eligibility.
•Make final decisions on accrual adjustments and exception justifications and support ad hoc projects as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Economics, or a related field and/or equivalent experience/training.
•3 years of relevant work experience.
•Experience in a crew-related environment such as crew-scheduling or crew training.
•Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude.
•Ability to decipher JCBA requirements and apply them to existing crew members.
