•Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
•Provide bespoke support and architect solutions with technical customer and prospective customer contacts.
•Create technical demonstrations to communicate product value proposition.
•Develop technical enablement resources to increase sales team effectiveness and technical fluency.
•Build self-service tools and documentation, and work with product teams to productize common integration patterns.
