Senior Counsel - Corporate Strategic Development

Provide expert legal advice and support to the Corporate Strategic Development Legal team, advising internal leaders on sophisticated business transactions and strategic initiatives. Manage transaction case flow to ensure timely completion, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and industry regulations. Negotiate and oversee agreements, settlements, and outside counsel, lead enterprise initiatives, and research legal issues to keep strategies and disclosures current.
