Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle and produce/present the final cost plan.
  • •Develop cost estimates and planning in coordination with design services and the general contractor; reconcile changes to ensure data accuracy.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, cost auditing/valuation, and manage cost variances, change control processes, and contingency/commitment tracking.
  • •Review contractor and subcontractor pricing, lead client-side negotiations, and ensure timely final account agreement.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, coordinate funding data presentations and VE sessions, and coach/mentor talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium or large, medium-to-high complexity construction projects.
  • •RICS accredited or actively working toward it (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of construction procurement routes and value management/value engineering, with excellent communication skills.
