Job Summary

Design and build an AI-powered Service Management Agent for Finance applications using ServiceNow, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and enterprise integrations. Drive proactive incident management and service health monitoring, generate RCA and Post Incident Review reports, and automate workflow steps with approval controls. Integrate ITSM data across incidents, problems, changes, knowledge, and CMDB, while maintaining an application health repository and creating actionable follow-ups for permanent fixes.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate ServiceNow incidents, problems, changes, knowledge articles, CMDB, and application data.
•Identify recurring incidents, probable root causes, historical resolutions, and service risks.
•Generate stakeholder communications including incident alerts, updates, resolutions, and closure notes.
•Automate draft RCA and Post Incident Review reports with impact, timeline, root cause, and corrective/preventive actions.
•Build AI-driven workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI, Teams, and ServiceNow APIs, including approval controls where required.

Key Requirements

•Strong ServiceNow expertise across Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and APIs.
•Solid understanding of ITSM, production support, SLA management, RCA, and service communications.
•Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform, Azure AI, and API integrations.
•Experience designing grounded AI solutions using incidents, knowledge articles, RCAs, and support documentation.
•Knowledge of AI governance, security, auditability, and approval workflows in enterprise environments.
