Job Summary

Partner with NICE Business Consultants to deliver end-to-end analytics for contact center and process improvement. Analyze customer KPI performance and build financial models tied to Call Center KPIs, then turn insights into actionable quarterly business reviews. Design and maintain repeatable SQL queries, BI dashboards, and Python-based (plus R) machine-learning and statistical solutions, communicating complex results clearly in English to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customers’ KPI performance and create contact-center analyses, consultative recommendations, and quarterly business reviews.
•Build financial analyses and models calculating potential and achieved benefits from Call Center KPIs.
•Design, develop, deploy, and maintain repeatable pipelines, scripts, machine-learning solutions, statistical models, and SQL queries supporting NICE offerings.
•Use BI-enabled dashboards, Python scripts, and SQL queries to publish data outputs and insights for customers and consultants.
•Focus on contact center best practices, KPI benchmarks, and support solution opportunities for NICE Business Consultants.

Key Requirements

•Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
•LLM knowledge, including AI-driven solutions such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and autonomous/agentic AI workflows.
•At least 4 years of professional experience in BI, data science, machine learning, and/or statistical analysis.
•Advanced Python and/or R skills, plus advanced SQL skills.
•A BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering (or related analytical field) or related experience.
