Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with execution of user research studies, including lab setup/breakdown and participant intake/outtake and check-in.
  • •Run and monitor sessions during studies to keep everything on schedule and ensure participants have what they need.
  • •Maintain the lab and its equipment, resetting the environment between sessions.
  • •Assist with scheduling and coordinating participants through internal or external methods.
  • •Run selected sessions and support User Research staff with day-to-day operational tasks.
