Key Responsibilities

•Own the user experience for the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) vertical, working with a PM to manage the roadmap and deliver impactful design for high-stakes regulated domains.
•Design in code and co-create with customers, collaborating with engineering from the outset to ship features.
•Develop AI-enabled workflows, such as agentic case review, ensuring the design supports policy evaluation and human overrides.
•Create fast, working prototypes using Claude Code and move from idea to implementation quickly.
•Collaborate with the broader toolset (GitHub, Figma, Claude.ai) and translate ambiguity into clear, intuitive user experiences.

Key Requirements

•Around 10 or more years of product design experience owning meaningful product areas.
